Parsons is looking for a **Civil Engineer (Saudi National)**to join the site inspection team. You'll be responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of civil engineering projects within the aviation industry.

This role involves ensuring that all projects comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and are completed on time and within budget. The Civil Engineer will work closely with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure the successful delivery of aviation projects.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Design and develop plans for airport wide works, facilities and/or aprons
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Support with preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.
- Support with overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors and construction teams.
- Identify and resolve any engineering issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Support the development of maintenance plans and procedures for airport infrastructure.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Current registration to SCE
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
