**Kinetic** has partnered with a leading **Medical Devices **company who are hiring a **Business Unit Manager - Analytical Chemistry** to be based in **Riyadh**.**

**The main responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for sales and marketing operation for the business unit.
- Provide strategic direction in delivering business planning process.
- Develop, execute, and measure brand positioning strategies across the assigned portfolio.
- Aligning plans and people within the Business Unit, including key business partners.
- Effective lifecycle management of current and future brands
- Regularly coach all direct reports to develop effective Performance Management
- Write progress reports and delivering presentations for target, market sales, and new product in market.
- Conduct market research to identify products trends and potential customer.
- Prepare, manage, and forecast business/ financial budget.
- Maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Coordinate with internal team relating to invoice and product delivery.

**To be successful you will need to meet the following**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in chemistry**/ Chemical Engineering.**:

- **Minimum 10 years’ experience** **in sales, marketing, and people management within** **KSA Market.**:

- **Strong Knowledge in Analytical instruments.**:

- **Must have people management experience.**:

- **English and Arabic fluency**is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem solving & decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership abilities & competencies to lead a team.
