**Mechatronics Engineer (Female) — Robotics, VR/XR, AI & Training**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Robotics & Cobots**:

- Lead the assembly, integration, and troubleshooting of industrial robots and collaborative robots (cobots).
- Program robotic systems using relevant languages and frameworks (e.g., ROS, Python, C++).
- Optimize robotic workflows and ensure system reliability and safety.
- **VR/XR & AI**:

- **IT & IoT**:

- Design and implement IoT architectures for smart automation and connected devices.
- Ensure seamless integration of mechatronic systems with enterprise IT infrastructure.
- **Instruction & Training**:

- Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and hands-on instruction for teams, students, or clients.
- Develop educational content, training manuals, and interactive modules for robotics, VR/XR, and AI topics.
- **Project Leadership**:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on R&D, prototyping, and deployment projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in:

- Robotics and cobot assembly, programming, and deployment.
- AI implementation in mechatronic systems.
- IT and IoT system integration.
- **Instructional Skills**: Demonstrated ability to teach, train, or mentor in technical settings (industry or academia).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java).
- Experience with robotics platforms (e.g., UR, ABB, KUKA, FANUC) and simulation tools.
- Familiarity with IoT protocols and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of VR/XR development tools (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in diverse teams.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English (required); Arabic is an advantage.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience developing educational or training programs in STEM or technical fields.
- Familiarity with industry standards in safety, cybersecurity, and compliance for robotics and IoT.
- Passion for advancing women’s participation in engineering and technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
