OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**: **Accountable for first line leadership and management of (specific discipline) team members to enable the work of self and team members and building their expertise and skills, and deliver frontline team results such as safety, production, maintenance, quality, cost and motivation.** **3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**: **Qualification**: **1. High school certificate** **2. Maths and Science preferred** **3. Trade test / Formal Production qualification OR Diploma Engineering** **4.
