Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Planning Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Understanding of technical and design leadership in all aspects of the design process including production, construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards etc that relate to Civil / Planning Engineering.
- Bringing team leadership skills as well as the ability to communicate directly with clients, consultants, agencies, local authorities, the design review team and other KEO staff.
- Understanding of local building codes in country, alongside International Building Codes, LEED requirements and other similar sustainability standards among others.
- Preparing and managing a project program, project plan, and schedule
- Identifying and assessing project risks and mitigating these
- Working alongside the team to prepare project procedural plans.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years of broad-based experience in a Senior planning/scheduling role, preferably in the Middle East region.
