Parsons is looking for a talented **BIM Coordinator**to join our team In this role you will get to **support Digital Delivery Team to execute the day-to-day coordination, development, establishment and implementation of BIM in Parsons Main office in Riyadh.**

The BIM Coordinator is required to possess strong Computer BIM/CAD and Technical Skills to manage BIM models, Quality Checking & Control, coordination, and constructability analysis.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Support the Digital Delivery Team in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
- Preparing and updating **BEP**, **MIDP**, **Clash Detection Matrix**.
- Conducting regular **BIM Coordination meetings**and recording **MoM**.
- Provide progress and performance updates to Technical Manager - Digital on fortnightly and monthly basis.
- Support the setup, development & configuration, of the **CDE**.
- Support the deployment (hardware, software) and provide **hands-on BIM software training**for Project team members when required.
- Ensure **Project Information Model (PIM)**are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol.
- Develop and maintain **QA/QC templates**following the organization's and Project’s quality procedures and the Project's BIM production methods and standards.
- Measure and ensure the highest quality for all BIM package submissions in accordance with Project standards and Client’s requirements.
- Review, monitor and report on the development of clash interference and fully coordinated models (multiple discipline). Conduct **Clash Detection**and **Visual Walkthroughs**.
- Perform QA/QC on models and maintain tracker to confirm Geometrical & Non-geometrical information compliance with the Project's design and BIM requirements.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering / Architecture**from an accredited university/ institution is required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in **Design or Construction**.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in **BIM Implementation**on major Projects or Program.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the BIM processes and the ISO 19650 standards.
- Proficiency in Software: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Revizto, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), (Civil 3D - optional).
- Experience either from a Consultant / Contractors on Building and Infrastructure Projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
- Possess the ability to develop analytical reports and presentations.
