Barista

**Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving all bar products following recipes and procedures. All baristas must be able to grind coffee following Bafarat Café specifications to ensure our guests high expectations. They must be able to reply to any quest inquires following the information provided by their Head and Lead Barista and ensure our guests have an enjoyable and remarkable experience. Baristas must be passionate about their craft and knowledge and continually seek to improve their skills and knowledge.**
- **Greeting our guests and informing them about our products, history and brand.**
- **Preparing and serving products following the recipes and standards of Bafarat Café.**
- **Packaging food and beverages for sale.**
- **Selling products, informing our guests about our products and services, upselling and crosselling.**
- **Keeping the bar clean and tidy at all times.**
- **Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.**
- **Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.**
- **Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.**
- **Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.**

**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Baladiya Card (preferred)
