We are on the lookout for a seasoned** Senior Copywriter** with a flair for leadership and a knack for creating compelling narratives. This role calls for a master wordsmith who will champion the crafting and fine-tuning of our brand voice across all customer touchpoints, from the immediacy of push notifications to the intricacies of in-app journeys, down to the meticulous proofreading of every piece of content. Your strategic foresight, creative prowess, and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring our messaging resonates with our audience and upholds the ToYou brand’s reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of talented copywriters, fostering a creative environment, defining objectives, overseeing project workflows, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Formulate and steer the content strategy in alignment with ToYou’s business goals, brand positioning, and customer engagement aspirations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and product development to conceive and implement creative content solutions that elevate user experience and engagement
- Craft persuasive copy tailored to diverse audiences, maintaining the highest standards of clarity and brand consistency
- Diligently edit and proofread all content to perfection, guaranteeing precision and adherence to the ToYou tone, style, and grammar standards
- Execute comprehensive content audits and gap analyses to uncover opportunities for message enhancement and optimization
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to refine content tactics and boost content performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends in copywriting and digital marketing to ensure our content remains relevant and compelling
- Guarantee compliance with legal stipulations and consistent brand messaging across all copywriting outputs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of professional copywriting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- A strong portfolio showcasing your writing skills across various digital platforms
- Expert-level writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an acute sense of language, structure, and grammar
- Proven capability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise, with a passion for nurturing talent
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of SEO, content management systems, and digital marketing best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, with a bonus for familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Originality and creativity in content creation that drives user engagement and conversions
- Analytical mindset to evaluate content performance and drive continuous improvement
- Fluency in Arabic & English is a must
