**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine project cost.
- Coordinate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs, track expenses, and manage change orders.
- Provide regular cost reports and analysis to project teams and management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, and contract management.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and construction cost estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices is a plus.
