**المهام والمسؤوليات**:
1. تحضير المشروبات (القهوة بأنواعها) وفقًا للوصفات المعتمدة.

2. تشغيل وصيانة معدات القهوة والمشروبات.

3. استقبال طلبات العملاء وتقديم توصيات بشأن قائمة المشروبات والحلويات.

4. الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل والمعدات.

5. التعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية والإلكترونية بدقة.

6. التأكد من توافر المكونات والمستلزمات اليومية وتجديدها عند الحاجة.

7. الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والصحة الغذائية أثناء العمل.

8. التواصل مع فريق العمل لضمان انسيابية العمليات اليومية.

9. تقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء وبناء علاقات إيجابية معهم.

10. الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات تقنية أو نقص في المستلزمات للمسؤول المباشر.
**المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة**:

- خبرة سابقة في مجال تقديم المشروبات (القهوه المختصه).
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- معرفة جيدة بأنواع القهوة وطرق تحضيرها.
- مظهر لائق وسلوك احترافي.

- سرعة الاستجابة والدقة.
- مهارات التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
- العمل بروح الفريق.
- مرونة وقدرة على التعلم السريع.
- ساعات العمل: قد تشمل ساعات العمل الصباحية ، المسائية ، خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
- البيئة العملية: بيئة ديناميكية وحيوية في مجال المأكولات والمشروبات.

Job Description: Barista

Job Title: Barista

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare beverages (various types of coffee) according to approved recipes.

2. Operate and maintain coffee and beverage equipment

3. Receive customer orders and provide recommendations regarding the beverage and dessert menu.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

5. Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.

6. Ensure the availability of daily ingredients and supplies and replenish them as needed.

7. Adhere to safety and food hygiene standards during work

8. Communicate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

9. Provide a distinctive experience to customers and build positive relationships with them.

10. Report any technical issues or shortages in supplies to the immediate supervisor.

**Qualifications and Required Experience**:

- Previous experience in beverage service (specialty coffee).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of coffee types and preparation methods.
- Neat appearance and professional behavior.

- Quick response and accuracy.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Teamwork.
- Flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
- Working Hours: May include morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Work Environment: Dynamic and lively environment in the food and beverage sector.
