**Responsible for:

This role has a Collateral working relationship with the following
- All Senior Supervisors, Work Management Schedulers, Work Management Resource Coordinators, Work Management Planners,

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES**

Compliance / Governance: Safety & Health, Environment, and Community Management System, legal, regulatory, security, budget, company values:

- Within areas of responsibility, ensure customers are aware of and comply with:

- Compliance with all applicable MBCC policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that work is conducted in a safe manner
- Ensure prompt reporting of all injuries, illness, and safety incidents
- Coach/mentor subordinates in the safe facilitation of their tasks
- Liaise with Supply chain department for alternative material resources and services
- Communicate effectively
- Maintain discipline
- Report absenteeism at work/shift
- Ensure daily performance measures are met with regards to equipment availability
- Manage the quantity and quality of the execution activities
- Allocate and control resources /consumables on shift accordingly
- Minimise consumable usage
- Seek ways to reduce cost

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE**:
**Education**
- Minimum Qualification: Ordinary Level ‘O’ Certificate
- A recognized Degree/Diploma/Trade Certificate and experience as a Trade Foreman.
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.

**Competencies and experience**
- Minimum 5 years (combined) relevant experience in electrical installations maintenance supervision
- Minimum 5 years (combined) relevant experience in fire systems maintenance supervision
- Experience in the maintenance of industrial production / processing equipment.
- An ability to develop an effective working relationship across all levels of the organisation.
- HSSE and operations understanding.
- Well-developed time management skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work as a team player and work towards team goals.
- Sound management, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Sound analytical and process skills.
