**Position: Civil / Architectural QA/QC Engineer**:
**Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**:
**Project Scope: Tunnel Construction MEP Fit-Out**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance & Control**: Oversee and implement quality control measures for all civil and architectural aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- ** Technical Inspections**: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify that works meet approved drawings and specifications.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain and manage QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, material approvals, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- ** Coordination**: Collaborate closely with project teams, including Parsons (PMC) and AECOM (Consultant), to address any quality-related issues and facilitate timely project progression.
- ** Issue Resolution**: Identify, document, and report any non-conformances or deviations from project standards, working proactively with contractors to resolve issues.
- ** Standards Compliance**: Ensure adherence to local and international codes and standards related to civil and architectural construction within the project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- ** Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction** industry, with **at least 5 years in QA/QC roles** on similar large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in tunnel construction or MEP fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in QA/QC management is a plus (e.g., ISO 9001).
