**About our client**
We are working with a sovereign wealth fund which is looking for an expert in transformation / designing and implementing balanced scorecard KPIs frameworks, to join its transformation management office.

**What the job involves**
- Conduct diagnostics to identify gaps in existing knowledge capabilities in collaboration with senior leadership and investment teams
- Define knowledge goals, and develop plans to expand knowledge capabilities of the team, in alignment with leadership
- Facilitate the process to capture best-in-class learnings from operating partners and investment teams, codifying well-structured content with easily accessible formats to a wide range of stakeholders internally and across portfolio companies
- Develop and compile a wide range of knowledge material including case studies, progress reports, experts' profiles, best practice playbooks, subscriptions and processes into a frequently maintained central knowledge platform
- Work closely with experts to synthesise learnings from previous strategic engagements, and levering direct operating experience
- Standardise templates to simplify knowledge capture, and provide comments to ensure uniformity and consistency
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across stakeholders and channels, including participating in and leading awareness sessions
- Identify and monitor external sources of relevant industry news and best practices; proactively propose knowledge topics for consideration
- Identify and propose opportunities from best practices to unlock additional value from collaborations across portfolio companies

**Who we are looking for**
- Experience in a leading research team from a top-tier consultancy or other financial advisory firm
- Degree from a top-tier university in economics, finance, engineering, business management or similar
- Willingness to be based full-time in Riyadh
