**Responsibilities**:
Schedule meetings & taking minutes including the procurement of food & supplies for meetings & employees’ events.
- Prepare minor work activity reports for review and analysis by Plant Manager on a daily, a weekly and a monthly basis.
- Receive, screen and direct incoming calls and visitors to management office.
- Operate as petty cash custodian, book registry keeper. To order reconciliation, issue expense reports and request reimbursement of petty cash fund for RUH Plant.
- Support office management and administration - sort mail - open, sort & distribute incoming correspondence. File and retrieve PepsiCo documents & reports.
- Ensure the office stationary storage unit & cafeteria supplies is well stocked & maintained.
- Assists with taking and shipping orders, corresponding from the management team.
- Maintain management team attendance and vacation tracking records including time sheets.
- Ability to create PR in SAP and My Buy.
- Supervise RUH Plant drivers by planning, coordinating transportation requests & overseeing the routes scheduling.
- Arrange hotel and transportation for the Pepsico sector and global team, direct managers and peers

Qualifications:
Knowledge / Skill

High school diploma (preferably Secretarial Diploma).

Proficiency with Office Ms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures.

Experience

Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.

Competencies

Ability to multi-task and priorities.
