Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with Lucidya’s overall vision and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and sales teams to define product features, prioritize product backlog, and deliver solutions on time.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered with high quality and meet customer expectations.
- Metrics & Analytics: Define key product KPIs, track performance, and use data to make informed decisions to continuously improve the product.
- Customer-Facing & Stakeholder Communication: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and refine product features based on insights. Communicate product vision, updates, and roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovation & Industry Leadership: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, ensuring Lucidya’s products are at the forefront of innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and data analytics. A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Product Management Skills: Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Strong experience in managing product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with engineering, data science, and design teams to build products that delight customers and solve real-world problems.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities. Comfortable working with metrics and analytics tools to measure product success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI industry trends, customer experience technology, and the competitive landscape is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
