**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their fashion preferences, and providing personalized styling advice.
- Promote and sell fashion products to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Create visually appealing displays and maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Process customer transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in inventory management activities, including receiving stock, conducting stock checks, and restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your fashion knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in fashion retail sales is preferred.
- Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Achievement-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
- Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with fashion trends and brands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are a plus.
