Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and experienced QA/QC Engineer with a background in architecture to join our team in Riyadh. The QA/QC Engineer will oversee quality assurance and quality control across all fit-out project phases, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. This role requires close coordination with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to maintain quality and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and enforce QA/QC procedures that align with project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor adherence to quality standards, immediately addressing any non-compliance.
- Review architectural drawings, material specifications, and design details to verify compliance with quality expectations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to confirm that materials meet required quality standards before installation.
- Identify, document, and address quality-related issues, proposing corrective actions and ensuring their implementation.
- Prepare detailed quality control reports, including inspection records, test results, and non-compliance documentation.
- Ensure that all QA/QC documentation is meticulously maintained and available for project audits.
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with project managers to identify areas for quality improvement and proactively implement preventive measures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural quality control standards, inspection processes, and relevant industry regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Effective communication skills to work with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of quality management software is a plus.
