Personal Assistant
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Managing travel requirments and planning.
- Ensure that the office environment is well-maintained, including the organization, neatness, and professional appearance of the workspace.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to office equipment and facilities, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Administer the payroll for personal staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage petty cash, including disbursement, accurate record-keeping, and reconciliation.
- Provide basic IT support to the CEO and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Manage the CEO's digital files and assist with tech setups for meetings.
- Support the CEO with all government-related requests, such as travel visa requirements, and renewal of official documents.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of the personal staff at the office and home.
- Manage personal errands and commitments, including travel arrangements and family-related activities.
- Suggest and implement ways to improve the CEO's processes and administrative procedures.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
- Organize logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist with the production of presentations and reports.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar executive support role
- Familiarity with basic IT principles and ability to manage related tasks
- Experience with financial tasks including payroll and petty cash management
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Professional discretion and confidentiality
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing personal staff and handling sensitive financial information
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexibility required to match the CEO's schedule
- Office-based with some travel to other locations as necessary for errands and tasks
**Benefits**
Salary Package: The position offers a salary package of 15,000 SR per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Discretionary Bonuses: Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses.
