JASARA PMC, a leading engineering and project management company, is seeking a skilled Digital Systems - Project Engineer to join their team. As a Digital Systems - Project Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining digital systems for various infrastructure projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of digital technologies into project designs and operations. **Responsibilities**:
The role is to provide construction and engineering guidance for the Systems Package Team who are responsible for:

- Interface with Health and Safety for Process, Procedure and implementation of on-site
- works.
- Design Reviews (for constructability)
- Engineering Support for Design
- Architecture integration within Neom The Line Modules
- Contracting Package Strategy
- Engineering support for Commercial / Budget Allocation
- Contractor Oversight and Management
- Delivery Schedule and Programme
- Quality Assurance Processes
- Test & Commissioning support
- Ensuring safe delivery methods and construction delivery by Contractors with adequate
- site supervision.

**Requirements**:

- **Technology**:

- The Project Engineer shall have technical awareness of the following systems, which will
- deployed as part of the Cognitive City architecture.
- Telecoms Engineering, or;
- ICT systems, or;
- Electrical Engineering, or;
- Building Management Systems, or,
- Fire, Life, Safety Systems, or;
- Security Systems
- **Skills**:

- Supporting contractors reviews, production of contracting scopes and specifications
- Monitoring on-site works and production of design
- Review and processing contractors site drawings
- Support the Systems Senior Manager with delivery of the Systems Package of works.
- **Type of Experience**:

- 10 years of experience - ability to demonstrate major projects experience (design and
- build) at senior level
- Strong experience in organisation co-ordination.
- Integration and delivery of Building systems projects
- Complex stakeholder and interface management experience
- The Systems Project Engineer is accountable for ensuring Construction and Contracting matters to achieve the Asset Brief and Budgets (as defined by NEOM Proponent) are reviewed for implementation, from concept through to handover of the modules. Responsibilities for tasks delegated by senior members of the teams as appropriate, with appropriate reporting back to the Systems Senior Manager to track progress.
- The Project Engineer shall inform and maintain close links with the Project Controls team, to ensure that contractors progress, submissions, costing estimates, approvals, RFI’s, payments etc are maintained up to date for accurate weekly and monthly reporting as are set as required.
- The Project Engineer shall support the delivery programme, implementing a mix of Smart and
- Traditional construction methods to achieve the optimum outcome in terms of speed of construction; efficiency on logistics, that maximizes the ability of the supply chain. Following the productionised principles of THE LINE with a chassis / platform approach and/or a hybrid approach as opposed to traditional construction approach which incorporates the data
- During the design phases, the design teams shall regularly interface with the Systems management team to ensure optimum buildability, and that that the design packages for tender are tailored towards the optimum construction packaging approach.
