We want to shape the future of digital and are hiring a Strategy and Consulting Principal to propel us on our journey and support building our strategy team.

**What you will do**:

- Lead teams to deliver strategy and consulting projects to required quality, timelines and commercial requirements
- Work with large organizations through to new ventures across industries
- Manage client interactions on projects, playing a key role in building and maintaining client relationships
- Build a leading strategy practice to challenge the status quo of consulting
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Work closely with wider Monstarlab engagement team to lead sales and development of proposals
- Use your expertise to provide thought leadership within different fields of digital strategy and innovation, supporting the senior leadership team with go-to-market strategies

**What we expect from you**:

- A minimum of 7+ years of experience from a management consulting or equivalent role in industry
- Master’s degree or higher equivalent with excellent academic performance
- Strong communication skills, able to interact and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Business-oriented mindset, ability to spot and act on commercial opportunities
- Solid qualitative and quantitative hypothesis-driven problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex solutions and ideas concisely
- Entrepreneurial and can-do attitude who thrives in ambiguous environments
- Positive and empathetic team-player with an inclusive collaborative approach
- Creative and outspoken passion for innovation and technology
- Written and verbal command of Arabic (required) and English (required)
