SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the preparation, review, and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule covering planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), and ensure alignment between schedule and cost management functions.
- Perform schedule risk assessments, scenario analysis, and identify early warning signals for potential delays.
- Support schedule-related elements in procurement planning, contract packaging, and construction phasing.
- Monitor contractor schedules and coordinate updates, mitigation measures, and alignment with the program master schedule.
- Coordinate with project controls, cost, and risk managers to provide integrated performance reports and forecasts.
- Lead and mentor a team of planning engineers, assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, and ensuring continuous improvement in planning practices.
- Conduct schedule reviews during design coordination and construction progress meetings.
- Ensure baseline and recovery schedules are validated and approved per project governance.
- Report earned value metrics, schedule variances, and progress trends to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain schedule records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure planning tools and platforms (e.g., Primavera P6, dashboards) are fully utilized across project teams.

EDUCATION & SPECIFIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on complex development or infrastructure programs.
- Experience working in a PMC/PMO setting is required.
- Strong command of Primavera P6 and other planning/reporting platforms is essential.
- Familiarity with GCC construction practices; KSA experience is preferred.
- Prior experience delivering large-scale, multi-package developments is a strong advantage.

- Expertise in schedule development, earned value management, and schedule risk analysis.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Skilled in critical path analysis, reporting dashboards, and integrated planning frameworks.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to meeting performance and delivery targets.
- Capable of leading matrix teams and aligning diverse stakeholders under a unified scheduling strategy.
