The basic purpose of this position is to support seniors in leading the teams of raw material stores across all related functional units of the organization, ensuring appropriate management of raw material factory store operations.

The operations’ scope covers receipt of the goods, caretaking of the stored materials and issuance as and when production demands it.**Responsibilities**:_
- Assisting in planning factory store operations with the seniors, including space layout, space utilization, materials in and out flows and factory store resources’ management with complete accountability.
- Executing factory store operations utilizing labor workforce and managing receipt, storage and issuance of raw materials.
- Managing raw material stock controls and movements as per demands and needs.
- Ensuring the accuracy of organization wide raw material stock controls and movements as per demands and needs.
- Periodical execution of inventory reconciliation, analyzing stock quantities, consumption and loss reports.
- Ensure proper segregation, orderly and accessible arrangements of raw material, proactively identifying the defected materials reported to the concerns and practice of FIFO.
- Maintain SOPs as instructed & maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.
- Ensure all pathways/aisles cleared of stock with easy access to all firefighting facilities in case of emergency.
- Learn and expand and carry out any other responsibilities that your supervisor may assign you from time to time.

**Salary**: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
