Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of Support Functions Unit lead based in Al Khobar.

Objective:

- Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of the finance and HR solutions by utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies.
- Lead team of Finance and HR Specialists to support and enhance these solutions

Duties Responsibilities:

- Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline.
- Conduct and guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates.
- Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction.
- Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps.
- Direct go-live cutover tasks such as loading the new system with data extracted from the legacy system.
- Coordinate resources with project team and direct
- Support functional transition of dependent capabilities to Service Delivery.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
- 8 years of experience in IT Logistics Solutions
- Conducting design sessions, interpreting business requirements, performing system integration, and assisting with user acceptance testing and issue resolution
- System integration with supply chain solutions
- Finance & HR business processes and solutions
- Strong business acumen
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Managing IT transformations
- Self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills.
- Strong affinity for IT and desire to learn new technologies
