**12 month fixed term contracts with extension possibilities**

A Field Service Technician opportunity has become available for Saudi Arabia's leading off highway equipment and machine dealer who provides fully integrated construction machinery products and services to both private and public sector customers.

You will carry out inspections, repairs and overhauling to engines/equipment in both mechanical and electrical sides at the field and /or at the workshop. You will also troubleshoot engine and equipment malfunctions in the field, carry out repairs to engines and equipment including trips to customers sites.

Principal accountabilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair failures to electrical systems in the safest, quickest possible manner.
- Help other technicians/engineers in the department to perform the required jobs.
- Good and careful utilization of testing and special tools / equipment.
- Write descriptive Service Reports for each job carried out on a daily basis.
- Carry out installation of equipment at site according to designs supplied by others.
- Establish representable image for the company in front of customers.
- Good housekeeping for tools and vehicles.
- Observe company and safety rules at all times.
- Conduct professionally towards customers at all times.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in Diesel Engine disassembly, assembly, troubleshooting, overhaul, low voltage control systems & medium voltage panels.
- Basic knowledge of auxiliary systems i.e. pumps, separators, boilers etc.
- English language - spoken and written. Arabic language is a preference.
