The Information Technology Manager** **is responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing the IT infrastructure needs of ISG. The IT Manager will ensure the security of the school's data, network, and backup of all ISG systems. The IT Manager is expected to report to the Operations Manager and Director of Operations.

**Note**: This position requires flexibility and willingness to work long hours, off-hours, holidays, and weekends if necessary
- Job Duties
- Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and security of children and young people (child protection)
- Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving, renewing, and/or replacing the ISG IT infrastructure on all sites
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup of all ISG systems
- Management of the data protection policies of the district, specifically PDPL compliance
- Management of the technical aspects of the ISG systems databases and advise the Director of Operations on items requiring action
- Oversee the work schedule and ensure work completion of the IT Specialists team on all IT-related projects as required by ISG
- Manage the IT Specialists calendars, including the break schedules, and ensure adequate work coverage during weekends and school holidays
- Attend to Helpdesk functions (including escalations) and oversee the completion of support tickets within acceptable SLA
- Perform project-based initiatives of the Operations Team and present it to the Operations Manager and/or Director of Operations for scheduling, manpower allocation, and implementation
- Provide technical feedback or guidelines to sites or departments on specific solutions/projects
- Evaluate the skills and competency level of the IT Specialists and make plans regarding individual professional development to ensure ISG IT Team stays up to date with necessary skills
- Establish professional relationship and proper communications with contractors, partners, and consultants regarding existing contracts scope of work, and SLAs
- Assist the Operations Manager and Director of Operations in budget preparation for the operational needs of the IT Department
- Manage the overall Google domain of the ISG Campus and coordinate with the Google Support Team whenever necessary
- Oversee and coordinate with the Helpdesk Specialist about maintaining sufficient inventory of IT components, parts, accessories, and related items
- Ensures that the IT Team delivers excellent customer service to ISG stakeholders all the time
- Must be flexible and willing to work long hours, off-hours, holidays and weekends if necessary
- Any task that is assigned by the Operations Manager and Director of Operations
- Qualifications and Knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Cisco/Aruba/Microsoft Certification is a huge advantage
- Google Admin Certification is a must
- Experience and Skills

**Experience**
- Hands-on experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies such as, but not limited to, Active Directory, Firewall (Palo Alto), Cisco CUCM
- Experience in managing wireless and wired network systems is a must
- Firm grasp on IT operations best practices

**Skills**
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
