Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Risk Manager **to join our team In this role you will be **senior responsibility for Parsons’s risk management for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and with Jacobs and Mace delivery partners. QIC is providing strategic direction, while this position is accountable for management and implementation to QIC requirements. Reporting directly to the Risk Manager Lead.**
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Develops and implements the program risk management plans across the program.
- Develops Standard operating procedures for the risk management of the program and ensure that QIP delivers operational consistency across the program.
- Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the risk management program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
- Support in forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.
- Responsible for oversight of all risk management among our team.
- Responsible for risk management of all external and third-party approvals.
- Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated risk management approaches, including authorities and any/all interested parties.
- Reports risk management issues to the Risk Lead and develops appropriate recommendations/ resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
- Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
- Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- 4-year degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of related experience in risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex risk environment.
- Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- ARM Risk Management Intermediate User
- Facilitating workshops quantitative and/or qualitative risk
- Infrastructure experience
- Previous MEA and/or other international experience
