Job Description:
Develop an increasing number of students attracted to the college by expanding the agent network; improving digital marketing; by organizing and participating in various career fairs and educational events, etc.
Evaluate recruiting techniques by determining the effectiveness of each recruiting activity used in admissions workflows; discern the attractiveness of admissions literature; define the college's expectations to instill in incoming students.
Recruit students by visiting high schools, arts centers, attending college parties, visiting community colleges / colleges and technology establishments.
Maintain recruiting operations by following college policies and procedures; report changes if necessary.
