**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and onboard new team members
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
