2- Make sure that all work duties are coordinated properly and carried out as they should be.

3- Receive **Project delivery schedule**, receive plans of **installation due dates** and ensures delivery is on time respecting our high quality standards.

4- Ensure furniture installation is well handled and on time: Handle creation of job duties and delegate tasks to foremen and workers

5- **Monitor schedules** for all the installation staff and ensure that they are well trained and motivated to finish the job required at specific time frames.

6- Ensure **accuracy of work orders** prior to handing them out and make sure that time efficiency is taken into account.

7- Report directly to project manager from site, any hazardous situation, if any.

8- Brief crew members about how **daily tasks** need to be carried out.

9- **Keep updating all materials** (finished products), supplies, tools and equipment needed and used during project installation, prepare a report and send to Site Manager.

10- Monitor daily installation procedures on site to ensure that **proper quality**is maintained and that **schedules are being followed,**and Submit **update reports** on timely basis as defined by the site manager.

11- Create **progress reports on a daily basis** and ensure that any significant information is communicated **to the site manager.**

12- Handle **onsite incidents and emergencies** in a proactive manner and report to site manager immediately to solve issues.

13- Maintain positive working relationships with clients’, engineers, outsourced labors\technical and keep a professional image and hygiene of the entire team on site.

14- Coordinating with Site &/or technical Manager to ensure all projects information, plans and drawings details are complete & updated.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Degree
- MBA is a plus
- Experience in woodwork projects installation
