**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and performance and conduct regular status updates for upper management.
- Identify risks and issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead effective teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards within the Saudi Arabian context is preferred.
