- Ability to work in night shift.
- Maintain attendance monthly training program to ensure no drop-in standards is tolerated.
- Keep all required notes as per policy and procedures guided by the Reception Manager on Guests visiting the Restaurant.
- Ability to review and suggest seating planner to deliver smooth operating each service.
- Attend daily briefings and in the Reception Manager absence be able to deliver the Reception briefing of all guests attending the restaurant each service.
- Manage “Aces in Places” skill set with scheduling department team which includes Housekeeping and Reception and Events.
- Keep to date with regular guests and requests without prompting.
- Full control over seating planner to deliver smooth operating each service.
- Keep up to date with fashion trends, brands, celebrities, and other relevant social market trends.
- Accountable for the upkeep of the house keeping team to ensure restaurant is impeccable every day and throughout service.
- Partake in weekly management meetings with weekly reviews on guests and occupancy and calendar holidays.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
