Governance Manager

The Governance Manager will support the Senior Governance Manager and the Head of Governance in all Design Reviews, Stage Reviews and Stage-Gate Reviews, while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and Standards, NEOM Design Process and Procedures and all other NEOM The LINE requirements.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Governance Manager **to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

**Responsibilities**
- Full organizational understanding of the Stage Review and Stage Gate Review processes and competence with respect to relevant procedures to ensure that submissions are consistent, to the extent possible, with requirements.
- That all required technical review and approval from all relevant DDP, Design Management, Work Stream, NEOM Sectors/Departments, Independent Checking Engineer (ICE), and other relevant Work Streams have been obtained.
- That all elements of Compliance Process have been followed and that full coordination with all designated NEOM entities, Codes and Standards workflow and Project Controls functions have been adequately fulfilled
- That the report on design performance and on opportunities for innovation, has also addressed the promotion of customer and (ultimate) users focus throughout the design function whilst maintaining the integrity of the design.
- That the Project Teams are kept abreast of changes in Design Requirements and Regulations, communicating potential implications and suggesting mitigation needed to ensure compliance.
- That leadership and commitment are maintained by taking ownership and responsibility to ensure Stage and Stage-Gate Review processes are continuously being improved in partnership with NEOM Competent Departments and the Design Delivery Partners.
- Commitment to professional engineering best practice and values.

**Qualifications**

B.S. in Engineering. A Graduate Degree in relevant area may be an advantage.
