JASARA PMC is seeking a talented Multimedia Specialist to join our team. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will work on THE LINE project, one of the most groundbreaking and game-changing infrastructure programs in the world. Your role will be to support the program's communication efforts by creating and producing multimedia materials that align with our vision and values. You will collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure that the messaging is consistent and aligned with the program's goals. You will also work on developing social media campaigns and managing the program's digital presence. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop multimedia materials that align with the program's messaging and goals, including videos, animations, infographics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure that the messaging is consistent and aligned with the program's goals.
- Work on developing social media campaigns that drive engagement and awareness for the program.
- Ensure that all multimedia materials are produced in a timely, cost-effective, and high-quality manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and multimedia trends and make recommendations for program improvements.
- Manage multimedia assets and create a system for storage, retrieval, and archiving.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in multimedia creation and production including intranet.
- Strong proficiency in multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation in the civil engineering industry.
