Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Stations Senior Manager to join our City Transport team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design initiatives within the Qiddiya project, which aims to create the world's premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise in the planning of Rail projects, design development, and project management will be crucial in driving sustainable and effective transportation solutions.
As the Stations Senior Manager, you will oversee the design development of the Primary Urban Axis Project, Qiddiya’s fully autonomous rail system providing connectivity across Qiddiya. Your work will involve collaborating with various consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams, to drive forward a successful solution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the operational interface with the station design process, from concept through to detailed design stages.
- Develop and lead the station operations strategy for the Primary Urban Axis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals
- Manage design timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure seamless and efficient station operations.
- Collaborate with the Designer, Operations, Technology, and Marketing teams to implement new technologies and innovations that enhance the passenger experience, with particular focus on the unique aspects of the Primary Urban Axis.
- Foster collaboration among internal teams to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular alignment design reviews to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Integrate innovative technologies and sustainable practices into the design process.
- Identify design risks and implement mitigation strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Railway Operations or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in station management, with a strong focus on large-scale projects and events.
