Parsons is seeking a highly experience Senior Manager - Construction Management Delivery (Infrastructure/Utilities). The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of a high-profile infrastructure construction project. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry expertise, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction delivery, with a focus on infrastructure and utilities components. From initial planning and scheduling to on-site coordination and quality control, you will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure and utilities construction activities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established milestones.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction activities, and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost and performance.
- Implement robust quality control and assurance processes to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage on-site construction teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to drive productivity, safety, and morale.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and other relevant documentation to senior management and project stakeholders.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in GCC(KSA ideally)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure and utilities projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure and utilities systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
