Fabrication Supervisor

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor with 8-10 years of experience in piling and shoring industry. The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee the fabrication and maintenance of specialized equipment and components required for piling and shoring projects, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage fabrication activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Inspect and review fabrication drawings, specifications, and technical requirements for accuracy.
- Monitor daily workshop operations, including manpower allocation, equipment usage, and material availability.
- Ensure proper maintenance and repair of piling and shoring equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure the timely delivery of fabricated components.
- Implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure fabricated items meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and workplace regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular progress and quality reports to management.
- **HSEQ and regulatory compliance**:_
- Ensure that organization policies and procedures are understood, implemented, and adhered to by all employees;
- Ensure compliance with Group HSEQ policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a fabrication supervisory role within the piling and shoring industry.
- Strong understanding of equipment and machinery used in piling and shoring operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent knowledge of welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
