Role Purpose:
Managing MKTG relationships with Corporate and SME regional teams by managing plans and coordinating execution at a client level driving acquisition and retention through communication and engagement activations. The role requires deep understanding and reporting of trends at a client, regional and industry level.

Key Accountabilities:
1-Corporate/KA Trade Marketing:

- **Retention**: Coordinate execution of Regional Client Retention Marketing Plans.
- **New Business**: Support in the development and delivery of Acquisition Sales toolkit driving BUPA Arabia Value proposition while customizing to client needs.
- **Communication**: Develop Customized and Generic communication plans focused on Brand, Services, Education, and Regulatory Updates.
- **Relationship Management**: Leading POC for all Sales requirements, as well as reporting and coordination at a department level.

2- SME Trade Marketing:

- **Retention**: Coordinate executions of Regional Client Retention Marketing Plans.
- **Recovery**: Support SME Recovery team with any needed marketing assets and activations.
- **Communication**: Develop Customized and Generic communication plans focused on Brand, Services, Education, and Regulatory Updates.
- **Relationship Management**: Leading POC for all Sales requirements, as well as reporting and coordination at a department level.

3- Intelligence & Analysis:

- **Analysis**: Focused on Retention, Utilization, Satisfaction and Lapser's.
- **Reporting**: at a Department Level.

4- Budget & Investment:

- Lead AOP budget planning for function.
- Responsible for functional ROI.
- Monthly Functional Budget Reporting.
- Long-term Investment efficiency planning.
