**Job Title**:Safety Officer (HSE) - Aramco Approved, BLS Certified**

As a Safety Officer (HSE), your primary responsibility is to promote and enforce a culture of safety across all operational activities, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, local regulations, and international health, safety, and environmental best practices. Your role will involve risk assessment, training, incident response, and the implementation of proactive safety measures to safeguard personnel, equipment, and the environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to Aramco's HSE standards, procedures, and guidelines in all work activities.
- Monitor operations to verify compliance with applicable safety regulations and company policies.
- **Risk Assessment and Management**:

- Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to identify potential risks.
- Develop and implement mitigation measures to minimize hazards and prevent incidents.
- **Incident Response**:

- Serve as the first point of contact during emergencies, utilizing BLS certification to administer immediate medical assistance if required.
- Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Develop and deliver safety training programs, including emergency drills and toolbox talks, to educate employees and contractors on HSE practices.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through regular communication and workshops.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed HSE reports, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and inspection findings.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, permits, certifications, and compliance documents.
- **Site Management**:

- Conduct pre-operational safety checks and ensure that equipment and tools meet safety standards.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and team members to resolve safety concerns effectively.
- **Emergency Preparedness**:

- Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness for various emergency scenarios.
- Regularly inspect first aid kits, firefighting equipment, and emergency exits.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA).
- **Certifications**:

- **Aramco Approval (mandatory).**:

- **BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (mandatory).**:

- First Aid, Firefighting, or other related safety certifications (advantageous).
- **Experience**:

- 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the oil and gas or construction industries.
- Experience working in Aramco projects or other large-scale industrial projects.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
