Review and processing of quotations and order requests.

Preparation of Purchase Order.

Proper dealing and communication with Purchase requestors

Maintain the list of suppliers dealing with building materials and hardware with their market price Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain updated records of purchased products delivery information and invoices.

Maintain Files and records.

**Experience**:
Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role in building materials and hardware market in Riyadh, KSA for 3 to 5 years.

Proven Experience in Excel.

Proven experience in SAP (MM Module)

Good knowledge of suppliers of building materials and hardware.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree.

Good knowledge of Microsoft office.

Good communication, English and Arabic, interpersonal, negotiating, and analytical skills.

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
