**FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ensure raw materials used for production are in accordance to the specifications given in the Job data sheet.

Feed the bin with the raw material as per the Bill of Materials (BOM) and take assistance from the helpers as and when instructed by the Supervisors.Operate the allocated machine and do the required process settings in accordance to the specifications of the product.Follow correct procedure of machine startup and shutdown to minimize start up time wastage and/or scrap rejection.Observe alarm warning indicator on machine and take appropriate action to ensure that machine runs without any active alarm.Monitor product weight on regular basis and keep record to ensure that it is maintained within specified limit.Check and maintain the quality of the finished product and inform the supervisor and/or technician of any deviation in the product and/or abnormality in the machine.Pack the finished product as per the BOM with unique product identification and stack at the designated area to avoid mix-up or product damage.Update the production data sheet at regular defined intervals.Ensure non-plastic waste/scrap material are disposed in designated bins and strictly avoid mix up of non-plastic waste material with plastic scrap/waste generated during the process.Assist the Technician in mould changing operations helpers as and when instructed by the Supervisors.Ensure effective performance of material handling equipment & ancillaries by regular cleaning of conveyors and filters.Strictly follow housekeeping and machine line cleaning procedures during product changeover to keep machine and surrounding area absolutely clean and in order.Follow company’s HSE guidelines in respect of all operations undertaken and follow safety precautions highlighted in the SOP & manuals. Communicate potential hazards immediately to supervisor.Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System with strict adherence to ISO and local regulatory authority.Ensure that all records and documents are up to date and have full traceability and retrieval at all times and that all processes, procedures & activities comply with ISO and management procedures.Train and guide the helpers in operating the machine as per SOP when instructed.
-Perform any other job/task given by the Production Supervisor to accomplish department objectives.

**Requirements**:** Education/ Qualifications**
- ITI

**Experience**
- 0 - 1 year of machine operation experience in manufacturing industry preferably industrial product, plastic and or packaging.

**Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge**
- Knowledge of production process.
- Knowledge and experience in Mechanical, Electrical and hydraulic equipment preferred
- Mechanical Aptitude.
- Should be manually dexterous.
- Fine Motor Skills
- Agile Movement
