**The Position**
- As a Medical Advisor, you will contribute to medico-marketing strategies and provide support for local business plans to promote the achievement of targets. Moreover, you will provide quality medical and scientific support to key customers across the business area functions.- Your main accountabilities will be:
- Seek opportunities and advice to obtain an understanding of the market and patient pathways within cardiovascular disease
- Liaise with relevant professional associations, including congress activities in support of Novo Nordisk's presence in the cardiovascular disease area
- Enable access to Novo Nordisk products for patients in Saudi Arabia in collaboration with medical team colleagues, Sales-Market Access Managers, and the Public Affairs Manager
- Ensure national and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) are aware of and understand the scientific basis and clinical usefulness of Novo Nordisk cardiovascular compounds
- Make an effective contribution to the medical team and cross-functional project groups

**Qualifications**
- As a Medical Advisor, you need to have a deep understanding of medical and scientific aspects of contemporary treatment options for cardiovascular diseases. In addition, you need to have the ability to connect medical affairs, commercial priorities, and regulatory requirements.- To be successful in this role:
- A Medical Doctor (M.D) or a bachelor’s degree in Pharma, MD is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs within a multinational organization
- Experience in Cardiovascular space is a must
- Ability to work with stakeholders cross-functionally
- Proficiency in the English language is a must
