JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Building and Architecture Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and conducting inspections on building and architectural projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards. You will play a vital role in upholding the quality and integrity of our projects, ensuring they are built to the highest standards.

The Senior Building and Architecture Inspector will analyze plans, drawings, and specifications while conducting on-site inspections throughout the construction process. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure workmanship and materials meet established quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site inspections of building projects to ensure compliance with design and architectural standards.
- Review and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Identify and document any deficiencies or deviations in construction.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements to project teams.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Report on project progress and compliance to senior management.
- Stay current with building and construction codes, regulations, and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in building and architecture inspection.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and architectural standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in inspection or construction management are preferred.
