**Production Manager - Reaction Batch Chemical Manufacturing Process - Jubail**

**Lead our product development**

As a Production Manager - Al Jubail Plant, you are to perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the chemical production line which includes Service Shops. You are involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes and procedures at a global level

As a Production Manager - Al Jubail Plant, you will be responsible for:

- Managing an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety
- Ensuring continuous business improvement according to global standard
- Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with respective functions
- Handling latitude in manufacturing techniques which manufacturing process requires choosing right approaches
- Makes budgetary recommendations for both expense and capital expenditures.
- Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction of all production operations to ensure maximum throughput and quality.
- Assists in selection and hiring of facility personnel.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Have extensive engineering experience in Chemical Manufacturing
- Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Operation Management
- Have good oral and written communication with good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have ability to influence others and lead a teams
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills
- Have good track record of analytical and organizational ability
