Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in innovative real estate development in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Project Director for District Cooling & Water Systems. In this essential role, you will spearhead the management and execution of state-of-the-art cooling and water infrastructure projects that are vital to the Qiddiya development. Your expertise will contribute to creating a sustainable and efficient environment for future residents and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead water and wastewater projects, pumping stations (additional experience in delivery District Cooling Plant is a must) through the planning, design and construction phases.
- Provide overall technical and managerial leadership and direction for all aspects of the project. Develop and implement the strategy for the design, construction, and operation of the pumping stations, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Oversee the work of D&B contractors, ensuring that all pumping station activities are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve any construction-related issues or challenges that arise.
- Managing a team of professional to ensure efficiency is maximized and set schedules are maintained within budget. Taking preventative action when required to ensure that critical milestones on project are met.
- Managing budgets, procurement and cashflow.
- Preparing and presenting periodic reports to summarize design activity progress for senior internal management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in project management, particularly in district cooling, pumping stations, water systems, or related infrastructure projects.
- Experience in both pumping stations and District Cooling Plant is a must
- Strong understanding of the principles and practices of district cooling systems, water management, and environmental sustainability.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in large-scale developments or mixed-use projects is beneficial.
