**Position Overview**:
The Electrical Showroom Counter Sales Person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients visiting our showroom. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical products, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer inquiries and provide product information to customers regarding electrical fixtures, equipment, and accessories.
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and promotions to effectively promote sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in an electrical or home improvement showroom environment.
- Arabic, English and Hindi Language
- Valid Iqama, Transferable
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and fixtures is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
