**Sales Executive** **تنفيذي مبيعات** We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** responsible for looking after Electronic Component requirements in the Private MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) sector to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients. **Responsibilities**: - Generate new business opportunities and sales leads. - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. - Present and sell **spare parts** and other products/services to customers. - Meet and exceed sales targets. - Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues. - Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports. - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals. - Attend meetings, conferences, and networking events. - **Responsible for looking after Electronic Component requirements in the Private MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) sector and MEP project sales.** **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (minimum 2 years). - **Experience in selling spare parts is required.**: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - A valid driving license. **الوصف الوظيفي لتنفيذي مبيعات**: نحن نبحث عن **مسؤول مبيعات متحمس وموجه نحو تحقيق النتائج** للانضمام إلى فريقنا، حيث سيكون مسؤولًا عن تلبية متطلبات **المكونات الإلكترونية في قطاع الصيانة والإصلاح والتشغيل (MRO)**. يشمل الدور قيادة **نمو المبيعات**، واستكشاف **فرص الأعمال الجديدة**، وضمان تحقيق **رضا العملاء**. نبحث عن شخص **استباقي** قادر على **بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها**، مع التركيز على تقديم حلول فعالة تلبي احتياجاتهم. **المسؤوليات**: - توليد الفرص التجارية الجديدة والعملاء المحتملين. - بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع العملاء الجدد والقائمين. - تقديم وبيع **قطع الغيار** والمنتجات/الخدمات الأخرى للعملاء. - تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتجاوزها. - متابعة استفسارات العملاء وحل أي مشكلات. - إعداد وتقديم تقارير مبيعات دقيقة. - العمل بتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. - حضور الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والفعاليات الخاصة بالشبكات التجارية. - **مسؤول عن تلبية متطلبات المكونات الإلكترونية في قطاع الصيانة والإصلاح والتشغيل (MRO) الخاص ومبيعات مشاريع الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP).** **المتطلبات**: - خبرة مثبتة كـ "تنفيذي مبيعات" أو في دور مبيعات مشابه (لا تقل عن سنتين). - **خبرة في بيع قطع الغيار شرط أساسي.**: - مهارات اتصال وتفاوض قوية. - القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق نتائج. - القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتلبية المواعيد النهائية. - مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت جيدة. - إلمام جيد ببرامج MS Office وبرامج CRM. - رخصة قيادة سارية. **Experience**: - Sales: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred)
