**About Company**

A Saudi Content creation Company located in **Riyadh** is seeking an Art Director you will be responsible for creating an overall design and directing others who develop some kind of artwork.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Suggesting and developing innovative and creative designs (graphics - drawings - pictures, etc.).
- Developing and implementing the identities and standards adopted in the design processes.
- Coordinating with the rest of the departments to determine and implement the necessary and appropriate designs.
- Ensure that the work team adheres to the identity and standards specified and approved in the design.
- Review designs in projects, verify their quality, and ensure that they are completed in accordance with the specified standards.
- Following up on developments in the field.
- Providing the necessary support to the junior designers in the team, and to all the work team, developing them, transferring knowledge to them, and evaluating their performance.
- Holding workshops with the team, and attending periodic meetings with the client.
- Preparing periodic achievement reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in art or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in media field.
- Experience in developing visual design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and across multiple disciplines.
- Highly developed attention to detail and quality control.
- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
