JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Designer (Architectural BIM) to work on THE LINE, a revolutionary infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. As the Senior Designer (Architectural BIM), you will be responsible for ensuring all designs meet the program requirements while adhering to project milestones, quality standards, and budget constraints. Being a part of JASARA offers the chance to work on the most exciting and complex programs in the world and bring visible change to Saudia Arabia through the Vision 2030 initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake full 3D BIM modeling of complex architectural systems on the project, and produce detailed information, coordinated drawings, and schedules.
- Lead architectural BIM design activities and ensure team members follow quality standards and protocols.
- Produce, review, and oversee the production of all graphical and written content related to the architectural aspect of the project.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes within the Saudi Arabian context.
- Communicate, collaborate and coordinate with project teams, stakeholders and external consultants involved in THE LINE program.
- Participate in the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
- Identify potential issues and risks, recommend viable solutions and report these findings in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in BIM coordination and modeling within the architecture industry.
- Proficient with 3D BIM software and technologies, particularly with Revit.
- Demonstrated experience working on large scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledgeable of local building laws, regulations, and codes.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
