**Job Summary**:
The Director of Revenue will be responsible for the revenue maximization initiatives in rooms and banqueting and create the Revenue Management process in the hotel. He/she leads the functional decision making of all revenue generating departments including Sales & Marketing, Rooms, Catering, Spa and F&B departments.

As a Director of Revenue, we rely on you to,

Maximize overall hotel revenues and drive market share.
Lead inventory management of both rooms and function space.
Pricing strategy for all revenue generation department
Drive for revenue optimization culture.
Conduct market analysis.
Lead the commercial strategy of the hotel.
Be the trusted business partner to the sales and marketing team.
Foster a driven and motivated culture to optimize hotel performance and market share.
Drive the optimization and profitability of all revenue streams.
Make proactive, forward-thinking, data-driven decisions on commercial strategies.

**What we are Looking For**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management roles.
Preferably possesses working experience in a 5* international hotel.
Previous experience in driving commercial strategies with focus on pricing, distribution, and inventory optimization.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
