We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **QA/QC Engineer** with expertise in **architectural finishing** to join our Riyadh team. The QA/QC Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction projects meet our rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures tailored to architectural finishing.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Recommend and manage inspection and test equipment for all project phases.
- Generate, review, and update the field inspections register to maintain quality standards.
- Review project specifications, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform daily site inspections to ensure strict adherence to plans and specifications.
- Oversee and document all required testing procedures.
- Conduct audits of quality methods, procedures, and compliance processes.
- Analyze quality issues and recommend effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Prepare and manage quality control programs, including method statements for various trades and disciplines.
- Verify contractor and vendor quality documentation and requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality management standards.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with a specialization in architectural finishing.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in quality management systems, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
